To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories included. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item shipped or confirmed defect), we may cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
