Orders are shipped mainly with DHL or DHL partner carriers. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience but are not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather or other events beyond our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a DHL tracking number or link (where available), so you can follow the progress of your parcel online.
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or missing address details. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or delivery failed repeatedly, we may ask you to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can work with the carrier to find a solution.
